A new "twist" in food processing: extend the versatility of Pacojet to the fresh food area.
The functional design of the Pacojet Coupe Set offers a significant advantage compared to many conventional food processors. Instead of attaching the rotating blade to the base of the machine, the Pacojet blade (or whipping disc) moves from top to bottom – through the fresh food to the bottom of the cup – resulting in an end product of uniform consistency.
